Return & Refund Policy – Predator

At Predator, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We ensure every product is checked and securely packed before shipping. However, we understand that issues may occasionally occur.
Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

 


 

Returns

No Returns on Opened or Used Products

Perfume bottles that have been opened, used, or tested are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

No Returns for Damage from Misuse

Products damaged due to negligence, mishandling, improper storage, or failure to follow usage instructions will not be accepted for return.

 


 

Refunds

At Predator, we follow a strict no return and no exchange policy, except in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Eligibility Criteria for Refund/Exchange

A return/refund request can be raised only if:

  • The product received is partially or completely damaged upon delivery

  • The product is defective and confirmed as irreparable by our support team

  • The product received is different from the one ordered

No Responsibility After Successful Delivery

We are not liable for any damage or defect that occurs after the product has been delivered.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process a refund or exchange request, customers must provide a full unboxing video showing:

  • The unopened package

  • The entire unboxing process

  • The damaged or incorrect item clearly

Without an unboxing video, refund/exchange requests cannot be processed.

Claim Window – 24 Hours

All refund or damage claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Supporting images and videos must be submitted at the time of the request.

Delivery Charges

Refunds will not include delivery/shipping charges.

Processing Time

  • COD Orders: Refunds will be processed within 4–7 business days after approval.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund may take up to 15 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.

 


 

Exchanges

Damaged Products Only

If your product arrives damaged, you may request an exchange.
All claims are subject to verification through unboxing video and images.

Please contact customer support within 24 hours of delivery to initiate an exchange process.

Return Process

To initiate a return or refund request, contact us at:

You must contact us within 2 days of receiving the order.
Requests beyond this time frame will not be accepted.

Refund Procedure

Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected.
If the item meets our eligibility criteria, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Exchange Procedure

Exchanges will be shipped only after we receive the original product and it successfully passes the inspection.

Return Packaging

  • Items should be packed in the original Predator box and sealed securely.

  • If the original box is not available, you must pack the product in a strong, protective corrugated box.

  • Any damage during transit due to poor packaging will be the customer’s responsibility.

Our support team will inform you of the pickup schedule.
You must be available at the address during pickup.

 


 

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

  • If an order is rejected at the time of delivery, a processing fee of up to 25% of the invoice value may be charged.

Cancellation Processing Time

Cancelled orders will be processed within 7 business days.
Any refund (if applicable) will be credited to the original payment method.
